Warm yoga flow is a 60 minute class with a vinyasa style to emphasize the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. The Vinyasa practice becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom and fluidity in the body and mind. Room Temperature Averages 80 degrees to promote detoxification through perspiration. Set in a heated space, this practice starts with a gentle warm up before carrying yogis into a full flow of movement to hold postures. Promised to burn energy, build strength, and lift the spirit. Open to developing and advanced practitioners.
